Someone once said, "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, but rather learning to dance in the rain." When you think about it--that truly IS what life is about--we should always remember to cherish the rain, cherish the One that sends it, and cherish what life lessons we take away from it. The bible teaches us all of the right tools necessary to weather any storm that comes our way. It's up to us if we choose to learn them, live by them, and pass them on.

"Our hearts were torn to pieces by the conditions that the First Nations People live in. We left part of us in Pine Ridge. We saw things that we will never forget; we were told things that touched our souls. We saw God’s hand reach out and touch people that have been written off by the world. We saw hope in the eyes of the young and old where there had been desperation. We saw children laugh and play and smile where there had been tears and hatred. We will definitely be going back. We started the Dream Center ; it is a long way from being completed. We will see it completed!" -Robert and Jennifer Foster (cousin of Marji)
